My order showed up way later than I expected, and I was starting to get nervous that I’d been fooled or something. It did eventually arrive, but the long wait definitely made the whole experience stressful.

I had to return my order and expected it to be kind of annoying, but it was really simple. The refund came through faster than I thought it would. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a bowl of cereal while checking the return email, and by the time I looked again later, the refund was already processing. No hassle at all...

They had a bunch of party supplies and random things to choose from, so it was easy to find what I was looking for. I was in and out fairly quick, which was nice.

I just ordered from smartyhadaparty.com, and the checkout was painless. I was expecting at least one annoying step, because sites love doing that, but it actually moved along really smoothly.

The cart updated right away, the shipping choices were easy to find, and my payment went through without any weird errors. It didn’t feel slow or glitchy, which was nice, though I was weirdly still waiting for something to mess up.

I got the confirmation email almost immediately too. So yeah, overall it was an easy checkout and I’d order again, surprisingly calm experience for online shopping.

I grabbed these plastic plates and cutlery for a small get-together, they did look cute at first. In the photos they seemed a bit sturdier, but once I had them in hand, they felt thinner than I expected.

A few of the plates actually cracked while people were serving food, which was kind of annoying :-/ The forks weren’t much better either, some of them started bending quickly.

Shipping was totally fine, no issues there. But for the price, the quality just didn’t really feel worth it to me. I probably wouldn’t buy them again unless I only needed something that looked nice on the table :)

My order from Smarty Had A Party got here in really good shape, the box wasn’t smashed or bent or anything and when I opened it up everything inside was wrapped nicely so it wasn’t sliding all over the place during shipping.

I wanted to like these because a friend recommended them to me, but they just didn’t hold up well. A couple of the plates cracked during dinner way too easily, which was disappointing

Overall, I’d say it was worth the money. The price felt like a good value, though the shipping seemed a little high for what it was. So I’m kind of torn on that part, but in the end I’m still happy with the purchase.

The site looks really clean and is super easy to browse. Everything is laid out so smoothly that part of me is like, okay, who planned this and how long have they been watching what shoppers actually want? Not complaining though — it’s a nice design and made finding stuff really simple.
